In 1987, Ralph joined CDM as the 20th employee of that then small and growing company. Hired as Art Director to help launch Pfizer’s hospital antibiotic Unasyn, Ralph’s work with anti-infectives excelled, and he followed with the highly successful launch of the antifungal Diflucan, as well as the relaunch of the antihemophilia brands Monoclate-P and Mononine.

It didn’t take long for Ralph to be promoted to Creative Director at CDM. In that capacity, he helped build some of the most successful Pfizer brands, including Glucotrol, Glucotrol XL, Lipitor, and Cardura, as well as brands from Merck and Neuromedical Systems. Ralph also put his mark on the Genetics Institute and Lifetime Medical Television by developing innovative new campaigns for that growing medical industry.

In the consumer over-the-counter arena, Ralph created highly successful television campaigns for Unisom, Plax, and Bengay, which featured Baseball Hall of Fame member George Brett. Ralph also developed direct-to-consumer television campaigns for Diflucan and the well-noted launch of Viagra.

For more than 15 years, Ralph led the way in shaping the creative reputation of CDM
and in building a creative department, the collective talent of which was second to none. Ralph does not compromise on the work he develops or the people he hires. In the fall
of 2005, Ralph joined AgencyRx as Managing Partner and Creative Director, Art, where
he continues to live the excitement and fun that comes from growing and shaping
the new kid on the block.
